Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you have the energy, empathy, and commitment to inspire the next generation?

We’re looking for a Youth Worker to join our team and help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for young people in our community.

📍 Location: Dorchester Youth and Community Centre

🕒 Hours: 10.5 a week, evening work

💷 Salary: £12.21 per hour

📅 Closing Date: 2nd September

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Supporting young people aged 11- 18

✅ Planning and leading engaging activities and workshops

✅ Building trusting relationships and providing guidance

✅ Promoting personal development, wellbeing, and inclusion
