Join the Dorchester Breastfeeding Group – Support, Friendship & Empowerment for Local Families

At Families and Babies (FAB), we believe that every family deserves compassionate, informed, and ongoing support throughout their breastfeeding journey. That’s why we’re proud to host the Dorchester Breastfeeding Group—a free, drop-in social and support group for all pregnant and breastfeeding mums and families.

Every Monday, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Whether you're pregnant and curious about what to expect, exclusively breastfeeding a newborn, combi-feeding, or nursing a toddler, this group is for you.

We welcome all mums, no matter where you are in your journey. Come and enjoy:

• A warm, friendly space to meet other mums

• Tea, biscuits, and baby-friendly fun

• Support from trained peer supporters

• The chance to ask questions, share experiences, and feel heard
