Dorchester Home Ed Meet – A Friendly, Flexible Space for Home-Educated Families

Are you home educating or flexi-schooling your child? Looking for a fun, welcoming environment where your kids can play, learn, and connect with others? The Dorchester Home Ed Meet might be just what you’re looking for!

Who It’s For:

This indoor meet is ideal for younger children (typically under 10s, though we're flexible!) and their siblings who are either currently home educated or planning to be. All families on the home ed or flexi-schooling path are welcome.

🕛 When:2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

📍 Where:Dorchester Youth and Community CentreKing's Road, Dorchester, DT1 1NJ (Car park entrance via Lübbecke Way)

💷 Cost: Just £5 per family

Come along for a relaxed, social afternoon full of opportunities to play and explore. Each session includes:

• Toys for babies and toddlers

• Games, puzzles, and books

• Creative craft activities

• A pool table and ball games

• A supervised sensory room

Whether you're brand new to home education or have been doing it for years, this is a fantastic way to meet others, share ideas, and give your children the chance to try something new in a supportive space.
